Ryton Cemetery and Memorial Garden Group

Ryton Cemetery and Memorial Garden Group

The purpose of this group is to maintain, the memorial gardens of Ryton and Crookhill, the new Ryton cemetery, and Holy Cross churchyard to a standard expected by the local community.
The officers meet in the cricket club at least weekly. Machinery is stored within the cricket club buildings, and training will be given at this location.
In addition to maintenance of the grassed areas and hedges in the new Ryton Cemetery we plan in 2026 to remove ivy from the walls and repaint the fence when a number of volunteers will be required.
If you can spare an hour or two a week please contact Aidan Lawson 07909091926.
